This position acts as a clinical resource to staff members providing insight and expertise into complex care issues. Works with the Manager of Nursing, and the Clinical Educator in leading the nursing clinical practice area at the microsystem level. Collaborates with the systems-based Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) at the macro system level and other members of the Healthcare team to coordinate and guide clinical activities/projects within the microsystem (facility or unit within a facility) that align with macro system level programs.
