About The Position

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is a 560-bed teaching hospital. The Labor and Delivery department is a 24-hour inpatient unit. The Unit Clerk provides support for patients, visitors, and colleagues on assigned nursing units. This role facilitates efficient patient throughput, including admissions, discharges, and transfers. It also supports patient experience and culture of safety goals through equipment maintenance, unit supplies, unit appearance, and overall environment of care. The Unit Clerk provides reception-type services to patients, families, visitors, and other unit guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three to six months previous related experience
