About The Position
Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is seeking a passionate, experienced Unit-Based Nurse Educator (UBE) to support our 16-bed Cardiac ICU / CCU. In this role, you will elevate clinical excellence through education, support nurses caring for critically ill cardiac patients, and drive competency, safety, and professional growth. You will play a key role in preparing staff to deliver safe, evidence-based care while meeting regulatory and quality standards.
