Unit-Based Nurse Clinician (RN)
About The Position
The Nurse Clinician leads clinical excellence, quality, safety, and workforce education across inpatient units within the health system. Partnering with nursing leadership, this role ensures the organization meets the educational requirements of clinical staff to drive strategic goals. The individual acts as a clinician, learning facilitator, change agent, consultant, and mentor to drive standardized, evidence-based practices. By designing interprofessional educational offerings and collaborating across ancillary departments, this professional ensures safe care transitions, promotes scientific inquiry, and improves patient outcomes across the care continuum.
Requirements
- Active Compact Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or other compact licensure state
- Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years of experience in acute care nursing
