This position is responsible for ensuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork, and a positive attitude. The role requires good communication and customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in answering call bells and telephones with proper etiquette. The Unit Associate will also attend to the functions of the unit, manage bed assignments, and collaborate with nurses, nursing assistants, and leadership to promote a positive patient experience.
