About The Position
The Unit Associate I position is a per diem role with varied shifts, located in Labor & Delivery at Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the unit by providing administrative and organizational support. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior Unit Associate experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Answering telephones, patient call bells, organizing the medical records, greeting visitors and physicians, organizing the unit with forms and office supplies
- Assisting physicians and staff with electronic order entry
- Maintaining inventory supply and stocking units according to established procedures and standards.
