About The Position

Twining, Inc., an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection Company is seeking an Inspector to work based out of our Honolulu Facility. Candidate must be self-starting, be proactive, focus and detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

ACI Field Testing Technician Grade 1 License.
ACI Post Installed Anchor Installation
ICC Soils Inspector License is a plus.
ICC Reinforced Concrete
ICC Prestressed/ Post-Tension
ICC Structural Steel and Bolting
ICC Structural Steel and Welding
ICC Commercial Building
AWS/ CWI Certified
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers, clients, consultants, contractors, and potential clients.
Must join Local 3 Operating Engineers through District 17- Oahu

Responsibilities

Provide sampling and Quality Control of concrete and soils
Report on preparation of special inspections in accordance with approved project documents.
Provide as needed support to the Project Manager to ensure the approved testing program is fulfilled based on the construction schedule and sequencing pertaining to this work.
Maintain detailed documentation of inspection reports, laboratory testing reports and related project documents (including but not limited to responses to RFI, test results from materials and certification of materials; amended documents, deferred approvals, welding procedures; approved concrete mix designs, etc.).
