About The Position
Reporting to the UCC Supervisor and working within general direction and guidance and under minimal supervision, the Unified Communication Control Centre Operator (UCC Operator) acts as a primary contact for a wide variety of emergency, operational, maintenance, information and other situations, and decides/initiates any corrective or response actions deemed necessary. The UCC Operator monitors and controls building mechanical systems and environmental conditions across campus, and mans the central communication network for University Services, Operations and Finance.
