The engineer will administer Teams architecture and governance, tenant-wide policies, lifecycle management, federation and external-access boundaries, and integration endpoints. They will diagnose Teams call-quality, media-stream, and meeting-connectivity issues using the Teams Admin Center and Call Quality Dashboard. OneDrive for Business responsibilities include synchronization policies, personal-site quotas, retention holds, cross-site sharing, synchronization conflicts, permissions, and document-library limits.
