We are seeking a Unified Commerce Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing and mapping end-to-end omni and retail processes, identifying gaps and dependencies. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, workflows, and documentation. A key part of this role is partnering with Product Owners across various channels (POS, OMS, Webshop/App, CRM & Loyalty) and the business. You will also collaborate with SAP and Integration teams to understand system behavior, data flows, and impacts, and support testing, validate solutions, and drive release readiness. The position requires facilitating workshops, structuring complex topics, and bringing clarity to ambiguous problem spaces. Support processes include performing integration impact assessments, checking for duplication with existing applications, ensuring operability of mission-critical systems, coordinating with Enterprise Architects, supporting Security (GISO) and Privacy requirements, and ensuring platform compatibility.
