About The Position

CNA’s Underwriting Trainee Program provides hands-on experience and professional development for individuals pursuing a career in underwriting. Trainees gain exposure to multiple lines of business and industry segments through a formal mentoring program, work with enterprise-wide support functions, and have opportunities to interact with senior leadership. The role works with underwriting, risk control, and claims consultants to address clients’ evolving insurance needs.
