Requirements

3+ years of experience with Property & Casualty and/or Specialty Insurance;
Experience in policy administration or other core insurance services, with an advanced understanding of the policy administration life cycle (e.g., information collection, policy issuance, premium bookings, credit control, and cancellation);
Account management experience;
Experience working in a cross-cultural environment;
Ability to build and foster relationships across the organization and with our brokers/clients;
Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office applications;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
Strong time management and prioritization skills;
Effective team player
A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential.

Responsibilities

Provide back office support to a team of Property Underwriters.
Provide effective and efficient service to brokers, clients, underwriting, claims and credit control/accounting.
Responsible for supporting UW production by reviewing and interpreting source underwriting materials regarding completeness of required information - including broker presentation, slips, underwriting files and accounts / loss history – and if required, interact with UW/Broker in case of missing information.
Act as a point of contact for underwriters, brokers, and operations offshore Account Technicians, and support timely and accurate delivery of Quotes, Policy documentation, Endorsements, etc.
Proactive communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively and collaboratively manage and prioritize workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met.
Support continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.
