Our Contract Surety Division is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our Underwriters and maintaining the high standard of service our clients expect. The ideal candidate will bring a positive, professional attitude to daily interactions with Underwriters, clients, and fellow team members. A successful candidate must be a self-starter who demonstrates initiative and can operate effectively with minimal supervision.
