About The Position

Students will gain experience through networking, mentoring, real life work activities and community service. FCCI Insurance Group is currently seeking an Underwriting Summer Intern. This internship will be rotational in design where you develop knowledge about the business through exposure to a variety of departments in the organization. You will focus on developing the skills necessary for success by assisting professionals with day-to-day job assignments. This internship can start in early to mid-May 2027 and will take place in the FCCI Midwest Regional Office in Carmel, IN.
Requirements
- Prefer current undergraduate student who has completed Junior Year
- Customer-oriented individual with ability to proficiently multitask and prioritize
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others
- Willingness to complete professional designation(s) and continued insurance education
- Demonstrated organization skills and ability
- Proficient use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA; additional requirements may apply
