Requirements

• Experience working with residential or commercial properties, insurance, construction, or inspections.
• Thrive in an independent work environment.
• Organized and production-focused while managing multiple assignments.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, adaptability, and resourceful problem-solving.
• Comfortable using measuring equipment, smartphones, Microsoft Office, and Windows-based computers.
• Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel throughout the service area.
• Enjoy working both outdoors and from a home office while completing reports and administrative tasks.
• Ability to pass a background check.
