This role involves monitoring financial exception reports, ensuring tickler dates are updated, and escalating overdue financial statements. The Underwriting Assistant will also be responsible for processing received financial statements, contacting borrowers for documentation, and monitoring various portfolio management reports. A key aspect of the role is providing excellent customer service by resolving issues and delivering accurate information to CPMs and Loan Officers.
