Responsibilities

  • Be the trusted point of contact for brokers, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring a seamless underwriting experience.
  • Proactively manage broker expectations by providing timely updates, resolving concerns, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Support underwriters in the Accident and Sickness team by reviewing applications, verifying compliance, and managing documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Recommend additional coverage options and value-added services to brokers, helping their clients access comprehensive insurance solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, staying informed about industry changes and adapting processes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, contributing to a well-organized and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address broker inquiries and implement solutions that enhance service delivery.
