Requirements

Bachelor's degree, no experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and insurance agents.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high workload.
A team player with a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize a high volume of client and insurance agent communications.
Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.) to streamline workflows and maintain effective communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance agents through professional and clear communication.
Apply problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Think outside the box to develop innovative solutions for client needs and process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
