The Maritime Information Exploitation Group seeks a Senior Undersea Energetics Engineer to support the development, assessment, and transition of advanced undersea warfare technologies for the Department of War focusing on U.S. Navy applications. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, analysis, testing, and evaluation of warheads, energetic systems, mine countermeasure technologies, and related undersea weapon concepts. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with Navy sponsors, operational stakeholders, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop solutions that address critical maritime security challenges. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience developing and evaluating energetic systems and warheads, applying modeling and simulation tools to understand weapon performance and target effects, and leading the execution of laboratory and field testing activities. Candidates should be comfortable working across the full technology lifecycle, from concept development and analysis through testing, transition, and operational application.
