About The Position

B.H. Inc. (BHI) is hiring a full-time Underground Telecommunications Foreman to lead their Wireless & Communications crews. This role involves overseeing daily field operations for fiber optic cable installation, trenching, conduit placement, and utility work. The foreman will direct crew members, assign tasks, manage equipment and materials, and enforce safety standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating traffic control, liaising with project managers and clients, tracking production, maintaining reports, and troubleshooting challenges to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. The position requires heavy travel across Utah and surrounding states, with a traveling schedule based on project demands.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in underground construction activities (fiber optic, conduit placement, trenching, or utility installation).
Ability to supervise crews.
Ability to manage jobsite safety.
Ability to solve field issues proactively.
Willingness to undertake heavy travel across Utah and surrounding states.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
