Requirements

Strong sales background with a history of hitting or exceeding goals.
Confident communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal.
Active listening ability to understand customer concerns and build trust.
Goal‑oriented mindset with the drive to close deals and grow.
Plumbing or underground experience preferred, but top‑tier sales talent will be trained.
Ability to work outdoors and handle heavy equipment.
Flexible availability and reliable work ethic.
Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

Diagnose assigned underground‑related jobs and clearly present solution options to customers.
Use strong communication and active listening to understand customer needs and guide them toward the right repair or replacement.
Educate customers on the importance, urgency, and long‑term value of underground system solutions.
Maintain equipment, inventory, and safety standards while representing Whipple with professionalism inside and outside customer homes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth job flow and exceptional customer experiences.
