Cortez - Underground Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Technician (General Services)
About The Position
Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Underground Predictive Maintenance Technician to join our Underground Reliability Maintenance team at Goldrush. Reporting to the Underground Reliability Maintenance Supervisor, the successful candidate will monitor the health of mobile and fixed assets and report findings to the maintenance team, helping the site catch equipment issues before they become failures. Requirements
- Proven safety record required.
- Excellent attendance record required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics required.
- Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP required.
- Ability to schedule and prioritize workload required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job required.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule of days and nights, as this is an essential function of this role.
Nice To Haves
- Previous training and experience applying predictive maintenance technologies and associated software and hardware preferred.
- Five (5) years’ mobile maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of mobile equipment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data on all types of mobile and fixed equipment using predictive maintenance technologies, including but not limited to vibration analysis, oil analysis, diesel emissions, infrared, and ultrasonic testing.
- Create and maintain databases for each predictive maintenance technology.
- Generate and distribute condition and follow-up reports to all levels of management.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
