Requirements

Have excavation, construction, underground utility, plumbing, or similar hands-on experience
Are comfortable digging by hand and working around equipment
Have experience installing or connecting piping—or are eager to learn
Aren’t afraid of hard, physical work
Can work outside in changing Ohio weather
Show up on time and can be counted on by your crew
Bring a positive attitude to the job site
Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Can successfully complete our pre-employment screening requirements

Responsibilities

Installing underground sewer, gas, and copper water service lines from the curb to the home
Digging and preparing trenches by hand and with equipment
Installing and connecting piping properly and safely
Operating equipment based on your experience and training
Following safe trenching and job-site practices
Working alongside your crew to get the job done right
Communicating professionally with customers while working on their property
