About The Position

Assurance Power Systems is hiring an Underground Equipment Operator to support its growing team. The operator uses heavy equipment, keeps job sites clean and organized, and represents the company professionally. Compensation is $41,500–$65,000 annually.

Requirements

Clean, safe driving record.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to continuous improvement.
OSHA 30 certification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in gas, electrical, or underground equipment operation.

CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Represent the company professionally upon arrival at each job site.
Run electrical and gas conduits.
Operate mini excavators, skid steers, or similar equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly inventoried truck.
Drive a company truck with trailer and equipment.
