The co-op will support one of three functional areas: Package Innovation (focusing on early phases of packaging development, ideas, consumer insights, concepts, and rough designs), Package Development (optimizing innovation functionality, costs, and equipment integration based on core technology platforms), or Package Technical Transfer (utilizing performance-based specifications and technology platform thinking to expedite package commercialization). The co-op will work in a project-based environment, with responsibilities including testing, documentation, and travel to plants and suppliers. They will have the opportunity to work in cross-functional teams and independently to implement solutions based on analytical data assessments.
