About The Position

NIKE, Inc. is seeking passionate, digital-native undergraduates to join their Summer Internship Program. This program offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-priority business initiatives within a Nike Brand team, gaining hands-on experience in marketing. Interns will work on impactful projects, develop critical thinking and collaboration skills, and receive guidance from senior leaders and experienced managers. The internship is an 8-10 week paid opportunity located at WHQ or key city locations, with relocation assistance provided.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of Winter 2027 – Spring 2029.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortability presenting to a large audience, including senior leadership.
Proven experience leading projects or teams.
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
A passion for Nike/Jordan/Converse.

Responsibilities

Contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.
Take ownership of a project scoped to drive impact, with guidance from senior leaders and experienced managers.
Develop critical thinking, skills, and collaboration abilities.
Partner with a direct manager and other Nike teammates.
Complete assigned projects to understand Nike's world and for Nike to get to know the intern.
Examples of Marketing projects include: Competitor research/analysis for a specific priority consumer segment, exploration of marketing strategies and tactics to better serve and engage with Women, activation ideas to reimagine ways to create sport experiences for Kids, contribution to executing a Nike Brand Event/Experience for Consumers, seasonal marketing plan for Nike within Marketplace Partners, and Nike Membership ideas/plans for valuable consumers.
