About The Position

The OSUCCC – James is the only cancer program in the United States that features a National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated comprehensive cancer center aligned with a nationally ranked academic medical center and a freestanding cancer hospital on the campus of one of the nation’s largest public universities. This position involves conducting research under the supervision of a scientific mentor.

Requirements

  • Requires successful completion of a background check
  • Selected candidate may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts experiments related to cancer research
  • Maintains lab and lab supplies
  • Performs data entry of research results
  • Conducts literature research relevant to lab research being done
