About The Position

This position is for an Undergraduate Course Assistant for ANAT 261 - Intro to Dynamic Histology at McGill University. The assistant will supervise student-led groups during weekly 2-hour lab sessions and support the TA in running the laboratory smoothly. Requirements

• Current B.Sc. student in biological sciences (i.e., Biology, Biochemistry, Anatomy and Cell Biology, Physiology).
• Must have previously taken ANAT 261 and passed with a minimum grade of B+.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills in English (spoken and written) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student-led groups during one of the three 2-hour labs on a weekly basis.
• Be familiar and up to date with course content.
• Answer student questions.
• Aid in the marking of quizzes and assignments.
• Encouraging group learning and help individuals in need.
