Undergrad Intern – Digital Product – Amgen’s Technology & Medical Organizations (Summer 2027) What You Will Do Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. During this internship, you will acquire the valuable hands-on skills and foundational experience needed to become a professional in your chosen field. In this role, you will help shape digital products that improve the experience of Amgen colleagues and ultimately support our mission to serve patients. You will work with product managers, designers, engineers, data teams, and business partners to understand user needs, translate insights into actionable product work, and support delivery in an Agile environment. Responsibilities may include: Support product discovery by researching user needs, documenting workflows, and synthesizing feedback from interviews, surveys, and product data Help translate business problems and user needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and product documentation Assist with backlog refinement, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and release-readiness activities Analyze product usage, operational data, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and potential improvements Prepare concise presentations, status updates, and recommendations for product and cross-functional stakeholders Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver user-centered digital capabilities with quality, speed, and patient impact in mind
