Requirements
- Tangible snowboarding skills
- Willing to work with any age group.
Nice To Haves
- Certification a plus
- Prior experience working in outdoor industry preferred.
- Prior guest service experience preferred.
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Creates an outstanding mountain experience for every guest.
- Available to be scheduled for duration of the winter operating season.
- Reports to line up on time and teaches class lessons, private lessons, or other MSS lesson products by customer request or as assigned by the meeting place supervisor.
- Able to teach, coach and guide guests of all ages in specified discipline.
- Participates in required MSS training and meetings.
- Participates in on-snow training to become and remain current in the American Teaching System (or foreign equivalent) for skiing and snowboarding.
- Complies with Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) and MSS safety and operational procedures while conducting classes.
- Promotes the MSS and creates positive customer relations.
