Requirements

  • Must have or be able to obtain a Valid Security Officer/Guard License as required by the state licensing authority.
  • Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company approved driver standards.
  • Must be 21+ years old.
  • Pass Armed training, and hold a valid pistol permit.
  • Perform well in high-paced/stressful environments.
  • Strong written, electronic, and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Manage multiple priorities.
  • Remain calm and effective in critical situations.
  • Comfortable with new technology.
  • Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.
  • State Issued Driver's License (Not Expired).

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
  • 1+ year Supervisory and Customer Service experience
  • Verifiable Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily security operations at a designated site, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets.
  • Supervises officers, enforces compliance with company/client policies, and serves as the primary contact for client relations and incident response.
  • Conducts walking patrols to identify safety/security concerns.
  • Monitors access points and verifies credentials.
  • Responds to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol.
  • Enforces procedures per Security Post Instructions.
  • Manages security systems, monitors surveillance.
  • Ensures compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking).
  • Maintains detailed logs of activities and incidents.
  • Communicates effectively with workforce, clients, and management.
  • Maintains professional appearance in uniform.
  • Guides and supports junior officers.
  • Ensures protocol and customer service standards are met.
  • Assists with scheduling and shift coverage.
  • Serves as client contact for concerns/escalations.
  • Reviews incident reports and ensures proper documentation.
  • Supports training/onboarding of new personnel.
