About The Position

Extrity Services is seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing security team in Cincinnati. This position is currently designed as a Flex Security Professional role, providing coverage when team members are unavailable, while offering opportunities for additional shifts and future growth. As our operations continue to expand, this position is expected to evolve into a regularly scheduled assignment with increased hours. Extrity Services provides comprehensive security solutions across multiple industries, including schools, healthcare facilities, retail environments, and special events. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willing to complete fingerprinting for the Ohio PISGS Unarmed Security License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports and documentation

Nice To Haves

• Previous security experience
• Patrol or surveillance experience
• Knowledge of access control procedures
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Customer service or hospitality experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned properties
• Monitor facilities and report suspicious activity
• Enforce access control procedures
• Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies
• Complete detailed incident and activity reports
• Monitor security equipment and report concerns
• Assist with investigations when necessary
• Observe and document unusual occurrences
• Maintain a professional, approachable presence
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
• Support a safe and positive environment at all times
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to help prevent and resolve conflicts
