Requirements

Valid GA 24 Hr. Certification
CPR-AED Certification
GA Driver’s License
Basic computer skills
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
Highly observant, dependable, and proactive
Skilled in conflict de-escalation
Recognized for maintaining a calm, professional, and authoritative presence under pressure

Responsibilities

Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner
Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and safety hazards
Proficient in preparing detailed and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs
Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
Other duties to be determined by operations
