Unarmed Security Officer-Montgomery, AL- 3rd Shift
About The Position
Marksman Security is seeking Unarmed Security Officers for the Montgomery, AL area. This role is responsible for deterring criminal activity, protecting property, and enforcing rules on a property. Officers may monitor surveillance cameras and alarms, patrol areas, perform security checks, protect equipment and workers, and verify credentials of vehicles and individuals. Specific positions include Rover (patrolling for suspicious behavior and preventing crime), Gatehouse (greeting visitors, checking IDs, controlling access), and Front Desk (customer service, access control, monitoring CCTV, package distribution).
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state licensing, is mandatory
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid CPR
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with report writing
- Computer Skills is a plus
- Monitoring and surveillance experience
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in security or customer service fields
- Previous security experience is not required however is a PLUS!
