Part Time Unarmed Security Officer
About The Position
Walden Security is staffing for a Security Officer position at a heavy manufacturing company. The hours are 0600-1800 on Saturday and Sunday. This role requires driving a company vehicle and the ability to tolerate the elements, including getting in and out of the vehicle regardless of weather conditions. Responsibilities include checking parking lots, doors, and the factory's back gate. This position involves a fair amount of walking along with driving responsibilities. Our Security Officers protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry. Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing/Industrial Factories, Hospitals, and many others.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of 25 years of age
- Valid Drivers license with acceptable driving record (No more than one occurrence, no DUI, etc.)
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
- Must be at least 25 years old to be covered under the Walden Security Auto Insurance Policy.
- Must have a valid Tennessee drivers license.
Nice To Haves
- Candidate will be required to obtain an unarmed security license with the help of a Walden Security trainer and do train during the weekdays.
