As an Elite Security Officer, you are the first impression of the company and play a critical role in protecting clients, guests, employees, and property.

Requirements

Active Tennessee Security Guard License.
Dallas Law Certification.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements.
Professional appearance with no visible tattoos on the face, neck, or hands.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Can stand and walk for extended periods.
Stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
Enjoy working with the public while maintaining a security mindset.

Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.
Conducting bag inspections and security screening.
Monitoring entrances, exits, and assigned areas.
Patrolling the venue to identify safety and security concerns.
Responding quickly and professionally to incidents and emergencies.
Preparing accurate incident and activity reports.
Enforcing client policies and maintaining order.
Working closely with venue management, law enforcement, and emergency personnel when necessary.
Representing Elite Security & Staffing with professionalism at all times.
