This position is for a Full Time Unarmed Security Officer with a 2nd Shift Schedule available, working Tuesday through Saturday, 3:15pm to 11:15pm at FANUC America Corporation in Rochester Hills, MI. The wage is $18.00/hour. We now offer the DailyPay service, allowing you to work today and get paid tomorrow. A $200 Hiring Bonus is offered after 90 days of employment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physically capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must pass a background check and any required licensing or training.
Must pass a drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Prior security or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Patrol assigned premises on foot or by vehicle to deter and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized persons, or suspicious activity.
Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance cameras.
Control access to facilities by verifying identification and credentials.
Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, providing assistance as needed.
Document incidents, daily activities, and security irregularities in clear, accurate, and timely written reports.
Enforce property rules and regulations professionally and courteously.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with employees, visitors, and the public.
Assist in evacuations or other safety procedures in emergencies.
Liaise with local law enforcement or emergency responders as necessary.
Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of conduct and appearance.
