About The Position
We are hiring a professional and competent UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in Houston TX 77070. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 10pm-6am, totaling 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess a working smartphone with an active internet plan and a vehicle in good condition. Our mission is to bring peace of mind and order to our clients, employees, and shareholders.
Requirements
- Customer service skills.
- Familiarity with detailed report writing.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
- Registered as a security officer on DPS or possesses a valid Level II/Level III certificates.
- Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
Responsibilities
- Perform access controls at gates.
- Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
- Other duties not listed here but pertinent to the client sites.
