Requirements

Standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time, stooping, bending, pulling, pushing, grasping, walking, running, carrying and climbing.
Infrequent lifting or carrying of objects up to 50 lbs.
Must have or be able to get CPR/AED certified
Must have DCJS Unarmed License
Must be able to pass a drug test and are subject to random screenings per client's request
Must be willing to get certified in Opiod Overdose/Naloxon education program

Will have an extensive background check completed on them prior to starting work

Responsibilities

Manning the entrances to the building.
Performing access control to the facility.
Inspecting personnel, and visitors, entering and exiting the facility.
Provide traffic control by directing traffic, vehicle and pedestrian, checking parking permits and ID's.
Performing counter surveillance of the premises.
Monitoring CCTV equipment.
Performing patrols of the facility.
Other duties as specified in the current Security Officers Procedure supplied by client.
