About The Position

Doyle Security Services is seeking to hire a full/part-time Security Officer for an upscale client in Parsippany, NJ. Shifts include Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm (Receptionist), Monday thru Friday 7am-3pm, Saturday and Sunday 3pm-11pm, and Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm. The pay rate is $19.50. The role requires great customer service skills, and experience with access control and badging is a plus. The position ensures that clients and their facilities are secure, including sorting incoming parcels for suspicious items. The Security Officer will patrol the property, monitor surveillance, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points, permit entry, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid New Jersey SORA License
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position
• Must be computer literate, able to read and write
• Great customer service skills
• Must have a valid driver license
• Completion of 12 panel drug screen (Including Marijuana)

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badging experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that clients and their facilities are secure.
