Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
The State of Tennessee requires that you must have or obtain and maintain a valid Security Officer/Guard License when providing any regulated activities in the State of Tennessee
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to perform in high-paced, potentially stressful environments.
Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
Strong situational awareness and curiosity.
Ability to stay calm, problem-solve, and act effectively in critical situations.
Basic computer skills and ability to use a tablet for reporting.
HS Diploma or equivalent
No Experience Required
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Education: HS Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2+ years of Verifiable Customer Service
Tennessee Unarmed Security License preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct regular walking patrols to enhance safety and identify/report concerns.
Monitor facility access points; verify IDs and credentials.
Monitor surveillance feeds for signs of threats or breaches.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents using established protocols.
Maintain accurate logs of activities, incidents, and observations.
Perform routine tasks: locking/unlocking doors and managing security systems.
Assist visitors and employees, address concerns professionally.
Enforce security procedures per Security Post Instructions.
Ensure compliance with SEI and Client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking).
