Requirements

• Official photo ID.
• Social security or equivalent.
• Active Illinois PERC (verified before interview).
• Steady work history (No job jumpers).
• Ability to pass a background check (Finger Print).
• Working cellphone.
• Ability to take instructions as given.
• Reliable transportation - must arrive ON TIME.
• Strong communication skills.
• Clean, neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Stand post until relief arrives, potentially up to 4 hours in an emergency.
• Write clear, detailed daily reports.
• Stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Follow UPA’s Code of Conduct and Post Orders with no exceptions.
