About The Position
This Unarmed Flex Security Officer (Floater) position is based in Houston, TX. It is a flexible role where the officer's availability is requested to cover open posts across various locations in the city. Once availability is confirmed and a need for coverage is identified, a schedule will be provided, and the officer must report to work. The pay is $16.00 per hour, with hours ranging from part-time to full-time. A working vehicle in good condition is required for this post. Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
- Familiarity with detailed report writing
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
- High School diploma is required.
- Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
- Level 2 Security License Required

Responsibilities
- Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
