About The Position

SPADE Security Services is seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Guard – Flex Officers to support multiple client locations. Flex Officers provide coverage for open shifts, vacations, and special assignments across different sites. This role requires adaptability, professionalism, and strong situational awareness. Officers must provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly with supervisors and dispatch, and complete accurate incident and activity reports. Flex Officers must be comfortable working at various locations and shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Valid California BSIS Guard Card
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work flexible shifts and multiple locations
• Reliable transportation
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to write clear incident reports
• Ability to pass background screening

Nice To Haves

• Previous security experience
• Military or law enforcement background
