This involves measures like access control, surveillance systems, and security personnel to safeguard against physical threats, theft, or unauthorized access. We are seeking professional, reliable Unarmed Security Guards to join our growing team. In this role, you will safeguard client stores, protect personnel and property, and help maintain a safe, orderly environment. Responsibilities include supporting operations, controlling site access, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Must possess or be able to obtain a Maryland Security Guard Certification.
• Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with State Police guidelines.
• Excellent communication, situational awareness, and conflict resolution skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in Unarmed security or law enforcement is preferred.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is preferred, though not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility (interior and exterior)
• De-escalate conflicts and disruptive guests.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
• Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity
