As an Unarmed Security Professional at Extrity Services, you will be crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their premises. Under the guidance of the Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or Regional Manager, you will implement security protocols, monitor activities, and respond to incidents with professionalism and attention to detail. Your role is essential in upholding Extrity Services' commitment to operational excellence and professionalism.

Requirements

Valid Tennessee Unarmed Security Guard Registration, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to de-escalate tense or emotionally charged situations while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
Experience in conducting patrols, surveillance, and managing security incidents.
Knowledge of security equipment and its proper usage.
Understanding of emergency protocols and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with access control procedures and identification verification.
Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures (not required).

Provide truthful and timely data, including incident reports and shift reports.
