About The Position

Requirements

Active Denver Guard Card (or the ability to obtain one)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to respond appropriately during emergencies
Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and security-related tasks
Reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location
Availability to work the assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as required

Responsibilities

Serve as a professional presence on the property while helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
Stay alert, communicate effectively, and take ownership of responsibilities throughout every shift.
Represent All Pro Security and clients with confidence, courtesy, and respect.
Stay aware of surroundings, identify potential concerns, and take action before small issues become larger problems.
Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, visitors, coworkers, and emergency personnel.
Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to maintain a high standard throughout the shift.
Take pride in accurate reports, proper uniform standards, and completing responsibilities thoroughly.
Remain calm under pressure and know when to respond, report, or request additional assistance.
