About The Position

The chosen candidate for this Unarmed Security Flex Officer role will operate as a Floater/Reliever while working with the OPS Security Operations Center and will be required to travel to all Philadelphia locations. In this part-time role, the Unarmed Security Flex Officer will be dispatched to Philadelphia sites requiring immediate coverage. These sites may require the Flex Officer to work in a Physical Security role and/or a Front Desk Security role. The Flex Officer will be required to work every Friday, Saturday & Sunday, guaranteeing a 24 hours a week work schedule. The Saturday & Sunday schedule will guarantee 16 hours each week.

Requirements

• Current and valid Drivers License
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass drug screen
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient time management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent de-escalation skills
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience in security recommended

Responsibilities
