About The Position

GLOBAL OPS is seeking professional Unarmed Security Agents to support client locations throughout Westchester County, NY. This is an active, highly visible role for individuals who remain alert, exercise sound judgment, and take pride in representing themselves and the company with professionalism. Approximately 60-70% of the shift will be spent outdoors conducting foot patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents. Multiple assignments are available throughout Westchester County, with placement based on operational needs. The ideal candidate understands that exceptional security begins with preparation, vigilance, sound judgment, and outstanding customer service. GLOBAL OPS offers opportunities for career advancement, including a path to Armed Security roles for those who gain experience and obtain the required New York State licensing.

Requirements

• Valid New York State Security Guard License
• Ability to work assignments throughout Westchester County
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions
• Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset
• Proven reliability and strong work ethic
• High School Diploma or GED
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to successfully complete all required screenings and pre-employment training

• Conduct proactive foot patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Maintain a highly visible security presence
• Monitor and control access to client properties
• Identify, assess, and respond appropriately to suspicious activity
• Enforce site policies and security procedures
• Respond professionally to alarms, emergencies, and critical incidents
• Assist employees, visitors, and clients with professionalism and courtesy
• Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely incident reports
