About The Position

This position involves monitoring client property, maintaining access control at entry points, and ensuring only authorized individuals enter or exit the facility. The role requires the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and involves standing, stooping, and bending for extended periods in all weather conditions. Responsibilities include using motor vehicles and foot patrols for property monitoring, operating surveillance equipment, and performing basic computer/tablet tasks.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old or the minimum age required by the State
• Be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Must provide a background check upon hire
• Must be able to learn the check-in/check-out process, dealing with logistics
• Must submit to pre-job and random drug testing
• Must be able to self-manage
• Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Must have excellent report writing skills
• Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
• Must be able to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand, stoop, and bend for long periods of time
• Work in all weather conditions
• Basic ability to use a computer or Tablet

Responsibilities
